Sword Art Online!
If you like anime…or swords…or tear jerking shows, you should watch Sword Art! It is probably the single best anime i’ve watched this year with it’s story telling and immersive characters. In a show that looks on the surface to be all about flashy animation and badass fighting scenes (which there is no lack of) it surprisingly has had me close to tears many times with it’s effective delivery of what it’s like to be lonely or scared in a world where you can die in an instant! It also has got the advantage in that it is a short anime, as opposed to one that goes on forever…i’m looking at you naruto, so for these reasons all of you should go and watch it. NOW!.

“O Sariputra! Form does not differ from the void, and the void does not differ from the form. Form is the void, and the void is form. The same is true for feelings, conceptions, impulses and consciousness.” {x}
The Heart Sutra, possibly the best known text of Mahayana Buddhism, is said to be the pure distillation of wisdom (prajna)…[and] part of the much larger Prajnaparamita (perfection of wisdom) Sutra, which is a collection of about 40 sutras composed between 100 BCE and 500 CE…the earliest record of the sutra is a Chinese translation from Sanskrit by the monk Chih-ch’ien made between 200 and 250 CE. {x}
